Three CSU undergraduates are finalists for the prestigious Harry S. Truman Scholarship, a highly competitive graduate fellowship program for students pursuing careers in government and public service.
"It is with deep sorrow that I share with you all today that Mary Ontiveros, the founding Vice President for Diversity at Colorado State University, died this past weekend surrounded by her family," said President Joyce McConnell in a message to the CSU community.
CSU's Counseling and Career Development Clinic is scheduling new and returning clients in our on-campus clinic this semester.
"I’ll be sharing our plan along with Vice President Jenelle Beavers and College of Liberal Arts Dean Ben Withers from 11 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, March 1 in the LSC Theatre. We will also be live streaming the event for those who prefer to join us virtually."
Each year, students, faculty, and alumni nominate teachers who’ve inspired them and made an impact in their lives for the Best Teacher Awards. The 2022 recipients of the Best Teacher Awards, representing six colleges, will be celebrated March 30 at the Best Teacher Awards banquet.
Effective immediately, Colorado State University will follow the Centers for Disease Control guidelines for high-transmission areas on all our campuses in Larimer County. This means that we will continue to require masks in all indoor areas until the Larimer County transmission levels fall below “substantial” as set forth by the CDC.
Seidel, who came to CSU in 1971 and remained an active and contributing member of the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences until his passing in September 2021, will be awarded the 2022 Founders Day Medal.
The School of Global Environmental Sustainability (SoGES) seeks applications from Colorado State University advanced Ph.D. students and early career postdoctoral fellows to be a 2022-2023 Sustainability Leadership Fellow.
